
I have been lifting for years and have a good diet consistenty. Therefore, I didn't have to change my diet and continued exercising so knowing that I would say these are not worth taking. The only thing I noticed was minimal vasodialation I didn't notice increased strenth or cutting potential. Be careful reading reviews where people change their diets and begin to exercise when starting a supplement b/c diet and exercise obviously create change on their own so you don't know if it was a lifestyle change or the supplement that helped them imporve. I won't buy NO2 again, and yes I followed the directions when using NO2. If you want vasodialation simply buy Niacin, it's very cheap and you can buy it anywhere but be careful b/c it's a potent vasodialator. Or I know people that take baby asprin (about 70mg) pre work out for increased blood flow to your muscles. Get more detail about NO2 Black.
