Actually, I was very satisfied the service. The merchant's action was very quick, I am in Hawaii but I received this product in 3days after I ordered it. It was a x'mas gift for my boyfriend who loves "Dallas Cowboss" but the reaction of him was pretty bad when he opened the gift wrapping.
